The following terms used in these terms and conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — The bkb33.cam website and all services provided through it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered for or is using the bkb33 platform.
• "Account" — A user's personal account on the platform, created through registration.
• "Balance" — The combined total of real money deposited into the account and bonus credits.

2.3 Single Account

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited and, if detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

• Bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions
• Proof of current address

Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until identity verification is complete.

3.3 Password Security

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• A user may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

bkb33 offers three VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Tiers are upgraded based on regular gaming activity. bkb33 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

5.4 Promotion Changes

bkb33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion, bonus or reward at any time. If abuse of a promotion is detected, the associated bonus will be forfeited.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on bkb33 are operated using software from third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming and Ezugi. Results are determined entirely by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Technical Errors

If any of the above activities are detected, bkb33 will immediately close the account and reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

8.1 Closure by bkb33

bkb33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any condition in these terms
• Suspicion of fraud or improper activity
• Failure to provide required identity verification documents
• Instructions from legal or regulatory authorities
• Extended inactivity of the account

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Please withdraw any withdrawable balance before closing your account. Bonus balances are not withdrawable.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no login or transaction for 12 months or more may be declared inactive. A maintenance fee may be deducted from the balance of an inactive account. bkb33 will notify the user in advance by email.
